Green Machine is a managed refurbished computer available as a monthly add-on to an active ITHive Solutions package. For $75/month, you receive a professionally managed computer that is monitored, supported, maintained, and easier to replace than a traditional computer purchase.
This option is designed for people who want a predictable monthly computer option without a large upfront hardware purchase.
Purchase Terms
Initial purchase requirement: Green Machine requires the first 3 months paid in advance at checkout ($225.00 CAD). This covers your first 3 months of service.
Ongoing monthly rate: After the initial 3-month period, Green Machine continues as a monthly add-on at $75/month, as long as your required active ITHive Solutions package remains active.
Shipping: Shipping costs are separate and are added at checkout. Green Machine is a physical product and will be shipped to you.
Availability: Systems may be sourced as needed. Placing an order confirms your intent to subscribe and allows us to source and prepare your system. We will contact you to confirm details before shipping.

Labour Note
Green Machine includes preparation, monitoring, and routine management of the Green Machine computer. Hands-on labour, troubleshooting, setup work beyond the included managed computer, remote or onsite service, and work on other devices are billed separately at current ITHive Solutions rates unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Optional prepaid support credit is available separately. For $49, you can purchase a prepaid support credit worth up to $75 toward eligible ITHive Solutions labour. This can help reduce the cost of remote or onsite service when you need hands-on help.
Prepaid support credit is optional and is not included in the Green Machine monthly add-on price.
