At ITHive, every order — from a single cable to a full workstation — is treated as part of your technology ecosystem. I aim to make delivery simple, transparent, and dependable.
Processing Times
Orders for physical equipment (computers, accessories, or other hardware) are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom builds or bundled service packages may take a little longer, and I’ll always communicate expected timelines before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Times
- Standard Canadian delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
- Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Clients in the Ottawa Valley region may request in-person pickup or local delivery where available. To arrange this, please email chris@ithive.org before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact ITHive right away and I’ll work with the carrier to make it right. Documentation or photos may be requested to speed up the resolution.
Returns on Equipment
Hardware returns follow our Refund Policy. Software, labour, and prepaid service credits are non-returnable once delivered or activated.
