ITHive Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fair, Transparent, and Simple
At ITHive, I aim to make every service clear and predictable. You can cancel subscriptions or prepaid labour plans at any time by contacting chris@ithive.org. The following terms outline how cancellations and refunds are handled fairly for both sides.
Software Subscriptions
- Cancellations require 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Once a billing cycle has started, the subscription remains active until the end of that cycle.
- Partial-month refunds are not available unless specifically permitted by the software vendor.
Prepaid Labour Credits
- Unused prepaid hours remain on your account and can be applied to future invoices.
- If you request a refund within 15 days of purchase and the credits are unused, they are fully refundable.
- Credits used for completed labour are non-refundable.
Solution Removal or Handover
If your cancellation involves removing or transferring solutions from your environment, I may require this work to be prepaid. This ensures your systems are disconnected safely, securely, and with full documentation.
Hardware & Physical Equipment
Returns for physical items follow our Shipping Policy. Hardware must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery. Software, labour, and prepaid services are non-returnable once delivered or activated.
