Senior Support & Safety is a monthly managed support package for seniors who want practical technology help, protection, monitoring, backup, and a dedicated support relationship without having to figure everything out alone.
This package helps keep everyday technology safer, easier to use, and easier to support when help is needed.
What's included
- Managed support for up to two personal computers or workstations
- Smartphone support for one smartphone

- Managed backup for up to 500 GB of protected data

- Plain-language guidance and patient support
- Dedicated support relationship
- Coordination with one approved family member, caregiver, or trusted contact when needed
Labour note
Hands-on labour, troubleshooting, repairs, setup work, and remote or onsite service are billed separately at current ITHive Solutions rates unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Optional prepaid support credit is available separately. For $49, you can purchase a prepaid support credit worth up to $75 toward eligible ITHive Solutions labour. This can help reduce the cost of remote or onsite service when you need hands-on help.
Prepaid support credit is optional and is not included in the monthly package price. Hardware, software, subscriptions, travel, shipping, and third-party costs are separate unless otherwise agreed.

Important
Senior Support & Safety requires onboarding approval by ITHive Solutions. Some devices, software, backup needs, accessibility needs, or unusual support requirements may require a different package or additional service.
Backup needs are reviewed during onboarding. If more than 500 GB of protected data is required, additional backup storage can be added and may increase the monthly cost.
This is a monthly service package, not a one-time repair.
