Senior Support & Safety is a monthly managed support package for older adults who need patient, practical technology help with their computer, smartphone, and everyday digital life.

This package includes support for the senior client, one primary smartphone, and one approved trusted contact such as a family member, caregiver, power of attorney, or appointed helper.

What's included:

• Managed support for one primary personal computer

• Support for one primary smartphone

• Remote access support when help is needed

• Device monitoring and basic health checks were supported

• Endpoint protection

• Managed backup protection

• Help with email, printing, video calls, passwords, apps, suspicious messages, and everyday technology questions

• Coordination with one approved trusted contact

• 1 hour of included remote support each month

Support time:
Senior Support & Safety includes 1 hour of remote support per month. Unused included support time carries forward while the package remains active and can be used for future support. Additional time is billed only if the included and accumulated support time has been used, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Trusted contact:
The trusted contact helps with situations where ITHive Solutions should not act alone, such as account access, family decisions, financial matters, legal matters, medical matters, or personal decisions.

Important boundaries:
ITHive Solutions provides technology support, security guidance, backup support, and practical help with devices and accounts. ITHive Solutions does not make financial, legal, medical, or personal decisions on behalf of clients.

Important:
Senior Support & Safety requires onboarding approval by ITHive Solutions. Some devices, account situations, backup needs, or unusual support requirements may require a different package or additional service.

This is a monthly service package, not a one-time repair.
