1. Services Provided

ITHive provides IT support, cybersecurity, data protection, and related services on a subscription or prepaid basis for both business and residential clients. Services may include device protection, system monitoring, software deployment, and proactive maintenance — always delivered with care and professionalism.

  • Labour is billed by the minute at ITHive’s published rates.
  • Emergency rates apply for urgent or after-hours support.
  • Prepared (prepaid) credits are non-refundable but remain valid until fully used.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or unpaid invoices may pause non-emergency work until the account is current.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellations

  • Software and security subscriptions (e.g., SentinelOne, Keeper, Acronis) are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Partial-month refunds are not available once a subscription cycle begins.
  • Changes or cancellations should be submitted through your client portal or by contacting ITHive directly.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, billing, and system access information.
  • Maintain proper data backups unless ITHive manages your backup solution.
  • Keep devices online and accessible for updates and monitoring.
  • Communicate promptly if issues arise or if system changes are planned.

5. Liability

ITHive will make every reasonable effort to deliver reliable, secure, and timely service. However, ITHive is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime beyond the agreed scope of services. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate data backup and recovery systems are in place.
