Personal Essential is a monthly managed support package for home users who want practical technology help, protection, and backup without waiting for everything to break.
This package is designed for one primary personal computer and includes managed remote support, device monitoring, endpoint protection, backup, and basic technology guidance.

- Remote access support when help is needed

- 1 hour of included remote support each month
Support time:
Personal Essential includes 1 hour of remote support per month. Unused included support time carries forward while the package remains active and can be used for future support. Additional time is billed only if the included and accumulated support time has been used, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Home users who want predictable monthly support, protection, and backup for their main computer.
Important:
Personal Essential requires onboarding approval by ITHive Solutions. Some devices, software, backup needs, or unusual support requirements may require a different package or additional service.
